ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OR DELIVERED ON NON WORKING DAYS.

IF WE ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, SHIPMENTS MAY BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED. PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL DAYS IN TRANSIT FOR DELIVERY. IF THERE WILL BE A SIGNIFICANT DELAY IN SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATE:

BACKTOBACK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR CHARGES FOR THESE ORDERS. THESE CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. BACKTOBACK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING. IF YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPMENT CARRIER TO FILE A CLAIM. PLEASE SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS AND DAMAGED GOODS BEFORE FILING A CLAIM.

IF FOR SOME UNFORTUNATE REASON YOU HAVE FOUND YOURSELF ON THIS PART OF THE SITE BECAUSE YOUR ORDER IS NOT CORRECT, BACKTOBACK IS HERE TO HELP!


TO RETURN PRODUCTS BACKTOBACK HAVE CREATED A 14-DAY RETURNS POLICY. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS (E.G. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE SALE OF GOODS ACT 1979 AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000).

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN YOU MUST FOLLOW THE BELOW

  • BACKTOBACK RECEIVE THE RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT
  • THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ANY LABELS STILL ATTACHED. 

REFUNDS:

BACKTOBACK WILL SEND YOU A FULL REFUND FOR ANY PRODUCT PROPERLY RETURNED BY YOU IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS RETURNS POLICY, EXCLUDING THE DELIVERY CHARGES AND COST OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO US. WE WILL ONLY REFUND ANY MONEY RECEIVED FROM YOU USING THE SAME METHOD ORIGINALLY USED BY YOU TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE.

BACKTOBACK WILL PROCESS THE REFUND DUE TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND, IN ANY EVENT, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DAY WE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT. ONCE BACKTOBACK RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, IT WILL BE INSPECTED AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT BACKTOBACK HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. BACKTOBACK WILL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY YOU ON THE STATUS OF YOUR REFUND AFTER INSPECTING THE ITEM. IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, BACKTOBACK WILL INITIATE A REFUND TO YOUR CREDIT CARD (OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT). YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CREDIT WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS, DEPENDING ON YOUR CARD ISSUER'S POLICIES.
