Backing the planet through our sustainable choice of fabrics. From day to night, the street to the rave, you can be sure that every garment supports the protection of our planet

Our garments are made from organic cotton, meaning their seeds are not genetically modified (non-GMO). This means that our garments have no nasty pesticides or fertilisers inside, so this is not only better for the planet, but also your skin.

Organic cotton farming uses natural farming methods, such as crop rotation. This is great for fauna, soil, the environment, biodiversity, as well as promoting good health and quality of life for farmers and their communities.

The list of benefits of organic cotton versus regular farmed cotton is endless! To name a few, organic cotton create 26% less potential for soil erosion, 46% less impact on global warming, 70% less acidification of land and water, and 91% less surface and groundwater use.

Our windbreakers, sweatshirts and bags are made from recycled cotton obtained from recycled plastic PET bottles, instead of virgin virgin polyester. This not only helps fight the fight against plastic pollution, but also saves between 33-53% energy in the manufacturing process.

Post-consumer PET plastic bottles are cleaned, melted down and then purified. The liquid is then blow into yarn to create recycled polyester fabric to make garments. Recycled polyester helps make our clothing and accessories soft, durable and breathable - perfect qualities for clothing that can take you from day to night, from the street to the rave!

* Did you know it takes 20 PET plastic bottles to make our BACKTOBACK windbreakers!

All garments are shipped in containers from Bangladesh to a warehouse in Belgium, and whilst this isn't the most eco-friendly option, shipping is one of the lowest emitting freight transport currently available for us.

The fashion industry contributes to around 10% of global greenhouse gas due to its long supply chains and energy intensive production. We pride ourselves on reducing our carbon emissions as much as possible, so once our garments arrive in the UK, we make sure all printing and embroidery is carried out in the same factory.

We have recently introduced our zero-plastic packaging policy. Replacing our old packaging with a biodegradable alternative that is made from 100% compostable materials such as corn starch & PBAT.

When you are finished using your compost bag, make sure to put it in with your food scraps or garden waste and it will break down within approximately 90 days in a non-toxic process.

It doesn't stop there. All of our tags and inserts are made from 100% recycled paper, that can be disposed of in your home recycling.
